1. Chicken Tikka
Required Ingredients:
500 grams of boneless chicken
1 cup of yogurt
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon ground coriander
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon of red chili powder
Salt: as desired
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
Instructions
Marinate the chicken with yogurt, lemon juice, coriander, cumin, red chili powder, salt, black pepper, and ginger-garlic paste.
Chill in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours.
Cook the chicken on a preheated BBQ grill until it achieves a golden brown color on all sides.
2. Grilled Beef Kebabs
Ingredients
500 grams of ground beef
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
1 cup chopped fresh coriander
2-3 chopped green chilies
1 tablespoon ground coriander
1 tablespoon red chili powder
Salt: as needed
1 Egg
Instructions
Combine ground beef with chopped onion, ginger-garlic paste, fresh coriander, green chilies, coriander powder, red chili powder, salt, and a beaten egg.
Form into kebabs.
Cook the kebabs on a preheated BBQ grill until thoroughly done.
3. Grilled Shish Kebabs
Components:
500 grams of mutton or chicken, cut into large pieces
1 cup of yogurt
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 tablespoon ground coriander
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon of red chili powder
Salt: as needed
1 teaspoon of black pepper
Instructions
Marinate the mutton or chicken with yogurt, lemon juice, coriander, cumin, red chili powder, salt, and black pepper.
Chill in the refrigerator for 4 to 5 hours.
Thread the meat onto skewers and grill over high heat until fully cooked.
4. Tandoori Chicken
What You’ll Need:
1 kg Chicken
1 cup of Yogurt
2 tablespoons of Tandoori Masala
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
Salt: as needed
Instructions
Marinate the chicken with yogurt, tandoori masala, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, and a pinch of salt.
Chill in the refrigerator for 4 to 5 hours.
Grill the chicken over high heat on a BBQ until thoroughly cooked.
5. Barbecue Ribs
Ingredients
1 kg beef ribs
1 cup BBQ sauce
2 tablespoons of lemon juice
Salt: according to preference
1 teaspoon of black pepper
Instructions
Season the ribs with salt, black pepper, BBQ sauce, and a splash of lemon juice.
Chill in the refrigerator for 4 to 5 hours.
Cook the ribs on a preheated BBQ grill until fully done.
