Job Description
GHA Marketing Ltd is hiring a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager (Podcast Manager) for our Lahore office. The role involves ensuring high-quality organic content for clients, including audio, video, and written materials. Responsibilities also include analyzing both long and short video content.
Create and execute strategies to boost podcast visibility on social media platforms
Develop, create, and evaluate captivating organic video content that resonates with audience interests
Work with the team to produce top-notch video content
Track trending clips and gather feedback from podcasts
Supervise the recording process and handle the editing of podcast episodes to deliver top-notch videos
Share videos on multiple platforms and interact with viewers
Craft episode themes and innovative storytelling methods
Requirement:
Create and execute podcast strategies
Oversee the creation, refinement, and release of episodes
Liaise with hosts, guests, and stakeholders
Craft engaging organic content for social media posts and campaigns on platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
Track podcast trends and refine content strategy to boost engagement
Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaborative abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Team collaboration skills
Expertise in analysis and familiarity with industry quality benchmarks
Prior experience in a comparable position is advantageous
