Role Overview:

Seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Tax Associate to join the tax department. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and delivering tax compliance and consulting services to a diverse portfolio of clients. You will work closely with managers and partners, ensuring that clients receive top-notch service while also mentoring junior staff and contributing to the overall success of the team.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree in Taxation or Accounting is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of progressive tax experience in a public accounting or tax advisory firm.
  • Certifications: CPA certification is preferred. Additional certifications (e.g., Enrolled Agent) are a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of federal and state tax laws and regulations. Proficiency in tax preparation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
